1. How do I access the course?
The course is 100% online and hosted on our platform. Once you register you will have access to our membership site. This is a pre recorded course meaning you can access material at your own time and practice at your own pace.
2. Will I understand how the drills work and how am I to know if I am doing them right?
The information is delivered in video format by Head Coach Jo Mermaid in the form of lectures and drill explanations. There are also videos of how the drills should look like when performed.
3. What if I have questions about each lesson and how will I know if I'm progressing?
During the pilot program, you will have access to weekly live meetings hosted by Jo Mermaid. Each week you will get to submit a questionnaire on your progress and you can also submit queries to be discussed during the live meetings. The live meetings will be recorded and you will have access to these in your members section for each lesson.
4. How much practice do I need to do each week or for each lesson?
It's recommended you attempt all the drills in each lesson at least once before moving onto the next lesson. During the pilot program, at least 1 practice session per week is recommended prior to the live meeting so you can receive feedback and support as you progress through each lesson.
5. Can I skip or jump from lesson to lesson?
The course is designed in a logical progression so you build your freestyle on solid foundations. For best results and avoiding confusion, start with Lesson 1 and move through each lesson in the order they are presented. You can always repeat previous lessons once you've gone through the course in the appropriate sequence.

8. Can I get correspondence coaching and interactive meetings?
During our pilot program, we are running weekly live meetings where you can join with other course participants and submit your questions and partake in the following discussions with Head Coach Jo Mermaid. The meetings will be recorded and made available in the members section of lesson.
9. What do I do if I feel this course is not for me?
If you feel it's not working for, we will happily give you a refund. Contact us here within 7 days of your purchase. We'd love the opportunity to improve or rectify this experience for you and others down the track, so if you have any feedback be sure to include that too!
10. What if I run out of time to practice or get through the course material?
The ultimate goal of this course is designed so you can get through it at your own pace and time. As a founding swimmer of the pilot program in June, you will be supported to progress through the material lesson by lesson on a weekly basis. To get the full benefits of the pilot program it would be beneficial to you and the group if you can get at least one practice in for each lesson prior to the live meeting each week. Your feedback and weekly input will also help us tweak any improvements before our program is offered to the rest of the world!
